What’s out there?
Watching the lake, so vast and deep,
Where stillness hides secrets we keep,
Blue hoped to swim across, and leaped
Into the waters at her feet.
She swam, dove in, and lost her way,
But surfaced back, to greet the day.
And when she reached the other shore,
Blue took her sweet time to explore…
From little things, that warmed her soul,
To grand affairs, provoking awe,
She illustrated what she saw…
Years rolling by, wonders in view,
Stories to share, dreams to pursue —
Blue found some answers, questions too.
And she is sure, more realms await…
